Accessibility statement
In accordance with the Austrian Accessibility Act (BaFG) and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1
This English version is provided for convenience. Only the German version is legally binding.
Martin Kaufmann (DERKAUFMANN IT-Service, brand BrezelStudios) strives to make this website accessible in accordance with the Austrian Accessibility Act (BaFG) and the internationally recognised Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1. This statement applies to the BrezelStudios website.
1. Compliance status
This website is partially compliant with the success criteria of WCAG 2.1, conformance level AA. The website is still under construction; the final review will take place before publication. The exceptions listed below are being addressed on an ongoing basis.
2. Measures taken
To make the website accessible we have, among other things, implemented: sufficient colour contrast (at least 4.5:1 for text), keyboard operation with a visible focus indicator, alternative text for images and a clear heading structure, a defined page language and a “skip to content” link, a layout optimised for mobile devices, and animations that switch off when “reduce motion” is enabled in your system settings.
3. Non-accessible content
The linked browser games and apps are separate offerings on their own pages or in the app stores. Some games require quick reactions, colour distinction or mouse or touch input and are therefore not fully accessible. External platforms such as itch.io are the responsibility of their respective providers. Accessible alternatives by phone and email are available for all enquiries.
4. Preparation of this statement
This statement was prepared on 27 October 2026. It is based on a self-assessment using automated checks (display on desktop and mobile devices, page structure) combined with a manual review.
5. Feedback and contact
Have you come across barriers, or do you need information on content that is not provided accessibly? We welcome your feedback and will do our best to respond promptly and remove barriers.
